Planning
- To consider a planning consultation letter relating to planning application DC/21/03728 Farnley Warren, The Street, Badwell Ash, Suffolk IP31 3DP. The Councillors were in agreement that if this retrospective planning application had come before the meeting at the correct time, then it was unlikely that any objections would have occurred. However as it was now the subject of an Enforcement Notice, the Councillors deferred to MSDC Planning Department to determine the correct outcome.
- To consider a planning request relating to road names for SN/21/00400/SN Lane East of the Broadway. After discussion the Councillors proposed four names with historic connections to Badwell Ash – Ladywood Drive, Broadway Close, Le Grice Drive and Hawthorn Close.
- To consider a planning consultation request letter relating to planning application - DC/21/04455 - Land At Warren Farm, The Street, Badwell Ash, Suffolk. The Councillors discussed this application without compliance of the conditions. The Councillors have no objections to the suggested amendments to the planning application.
